Security Settings Prevent ActiveX | ![]() |
| What if I receive a Security Settings Warning? |
| Your web browser may be set not to allow ActiveX controls. Typically, it's best to keep these restrictions. However, you can also tell your web browser to trust individual sites while keeping the restrictions in place. You have this restriction if you receive the following warning: |
![]() |
| You may add http://kturby.dnsalias.net as a trusted site and be able to view the live camera. For example, in Internet Explorer, click on Tools on the top menu bar and choose Internet Settings. Next, click on the Security tab: |
| Then, click on the Sites button on the top right portion of the window. |
| Finally, type http://kturby.dnsalias.net in the window. Uncheck the "Require server verification" check box. Then click the Add button. That's it! You will then be able to load the OCX control program when prompted! |
