| Daisy chain
your lines right after you land. Start by grasping the lines from
each riser in separate hands. |
Getting
started is confusing part for some folks. It's easy if you know
how. You start by making a loop. |
Here it is
again from a slightly different angle. Twist the lines over by
crossing over. There! You have a starting loop! |
Next, you
simply reach through your loop and grab all the lines. |
| Pull the lines
through the loop. |
Make
another loop with the lines you just pulled through... |
Reach back
through the second loop... |
Grab the lines
and pull through. Remember, you can make REALLY BIG loops! |
| Ok, so this
guy is meticulous and is making really small loops. But you can
make just a few really big loops until you go all the way up the
line! Finally, stuff the slider in the last loop to hold it tight! |
Return the rig
to the packing area and lay it out neatly with the lines straight and
fully extended. Remember to stow the brakes and leave the rip cord
with the rig. |
Return your
altimeter to the rack. |
Put your
helmet back on the shelf on a peg. |
| Put your
gloves back in the box on the table. |
Brush off your
jump suit and hang it on a peg with all the arms and legs "right
side out". |
Hey!
You're ready to do it all over again! |
