The picture is of my street from my house during the east coast snow storm of 2000. I was trying to get a picture of the dogs in the snow; however, they took one look outside, turned around, and shot upstairs and got in my bed!  As a compromise, this picture is taken from the dog room window!  Note:  These effects may not be compatible with WebTV or older browsers.
